From the article: President Barack Obama's 2009 Stimulus Package and its Economic Fallout
With all the layoffs, cutbacks and pay-rate reductions, making ends meet is getting tougher for the American worker. Plan and save
- We were retired with much of our retirement money in stocks all of which had stop losses in August of 2007 so we were automatically out of the market then. We moved into individual bonds (not bond funds)==corporates in the IRA account and municipals in the taxable account. Although the values have gone down as much as 30% everyone is paying as promised.
