Supporters from both sides of the aisle (and even from the aisle itself), got wild, crazy and loose on Sept. 9, 2008, when John McCain and Sarah Palin visited Lancaster County, Pa.
The event was originally proposed as an intimate town hall-style appearance featuring only McCain, but Palin's popularity has drawn such huge crowds, organizers said they expanded the event to accommodate the expected additional arrivals.
