9:45 p.m.: Pawlenty, Bachmann begin a lively fight on the cigarette tax. The Congresswoman and former governor disagree on the history of the tax, with Bachmann claiming he was listening to special interests more than Minnesotans. Bachmann did not vote for the tax.
